Terms of Service

We are not a normal campground mainly because we're not normal people. Please look through our website before booking because if you're high strung, you will not like it here. Here's our website: MTBCity Website

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. NO DOGS PLEASE. WE’VE HAD BIKERS AND RUNNERS ENDANGERED ON THE CENTENNIAL TRAIL AND NEED TO BE GOOD NEIGHBORS.

  2. We don’t offer refunds. We simply don’t have the staff to increase our administrative workload. It is more important to us to keep prices low.

  3. Check in is at 12:00 PM for all camp sites. Check out is at 11:30 AM. Bikepackers: Don’t feel as though you need to get off the property at 11:30. Hang out as long as you like. Just have the tent pad open so the next rider knows it is available.

  4. MTBCity is exclusively for MTB riders, bikepackers and CDT hikers.

  5. The max trailer size without chatting on the phone is 25 feet. If you’re like us and can back up a trailer longer than 25 feet, you’ll have no problem but we should talk first.

  6. We’re not a KOA. If KOA is a Big Mac, we’re street tacos. We’re an unusual and quirky campground built with our own hands and infused with our gritty personalities, a lifetime of world travel and a great deal of Montana charm. All that being said, billions more people prefer Big Macs over street tacos. Click here to reserve at the HELENA NORTH KOA

  7. This is our happy place. We hope to increase your happiness by hosting you. We hope you increase our happiness by enjoying what we built. If being happy isn't your thing, we recommend Moose Creek Campground nearby.

  8. 'In booking with MTBCity, you grant us permission to contact you with details about your reservation, upcoming events, offers, and promotions.'
